Frequently Asked Questions

How do I Register for an Account?

If you do not have an account, click on the Register Your Business link at the top of the page.

The Registration process follows a step by step wizard:

Step 1: Select Country.

Step 2: Select an umbrella organization that your business belongs to. If you do not belong to any umbrella organization, select None.

Step 3: Fill in the Organization profile details. All the information requested on this page is mandatory.

Once you`ve filled all the details and submitted, an email will be sent to the email address you`ve used to create your account with a password. 

You can now proceed to the login page to manage your account. The email address specified when creating the accountwill be your username. 

 

Do I require any Approval after registration?

Yes.

After successful registration, your account will have to be approved by either  NCTTCA Administrator or the umbrella Organization that you belong to (member organization specified during registration). 

Once your account has been approved, you will have access to all the features that are available for your account type.

NB: Before your account is approved, you will still have access to some features.

How do I Log into my Account?

Click on the Login link at the top of the page.

On the login page, provide the email address you used when creating your account and your password.

How do I Reset my Forgotten Password?

If you cannot remember your password, use the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD feature on the login page. An email will be sent to you shortly with a link to reset your password.

Can I Update/Change my Password

YES.

You can only update your password when logged into your account.

Once logged in, click on the Update Password menu under Dashboard. Provide your current password, the new password and a confirmation of the new password and then submit. After successfully password update, you can now proceed to the login page and use your email and the new password to log into your account.

Can I Update my Organization Profile Details?

YES.

You can only update your Organization Profile Details and Contact Information when logged into your account.

Once logged in, click on the Organization Profile menu under Dashboard,  Edit the details you want to update then submit. 

How do I Log Out of my Account?

Click on the Logout button which is located alongside your name when logged into your account.

Can I Add Products & Production Data produced in my Organization/Company?

You can only access the menu to manage products and production information once your account has been approved.

Log into your account and click on the Product/Production Data menu under Dashboard.

Adding Product & Services: 
  1. Click on the Add New Product button on the Manage Product & Services Page.
  2. Fill the product details in the form and click the Save Changes button to submit.
Update Product & Services:
  1. Click on the Edit button under the record you want to edit.
  2. Edit the details in the form and click on the Save Changes button to submit.
Add Product Production Data:
  1. Click on the Manage button under the record you want to add production data.
  2. Click the Add New Production Data button in the Production Data page.
  3. Fill the product production details in the form and click the Save Changes button to submit.
Edit Product Production Data:.
  1. Click on the Manage button under the product you want to edit production data.
  2. In the Production Data Page, click on the Edit button alongside the production data record you want to edit.
  3. Edit the details in the form and click on the Save Changes button to submit.

How do I Add Investment Projects

You can only access the menu to manage Investment Projects once your account has been approved.

Log into your account and click on the Investment Projects menu under Dashboard.

Adding Investment Project: 
  1. Click on the Add New Investment Project button on the Manage Investment Projects Page.
  2. Fill the project details in the form and click the Save Changes button to submit.
Update Investment Project:
  1. Click on the Edit button under the record you want to edit.
  2. Edit the details in the form and click on the Save Changes button to submit.

How do I Approve a Member Organization?

Membership Approval functionality is only reserved to the Umbrella Organizations. 

As a member organization, log into your account. Click on the Membership Approvals menu under the dashboard. 

Under the Manage Organization Approvals page, there will be a list of organizations that have selectected your organization as the apex organiztion they belong to during registration.

To approve an organization pending approval, click on the Approve button. 

To deny an organization approval, click on the Reject button.

 

Can I manage Country Profiles?

Country Profiles can only be managed by the government entitites from the member countries who are registered on the system.

Country profile information comprises of: Investment climate, investment incentives, development plans, country regulations.

To manage the country profile information, log into your account and click on the country profile menu under the dashboard.

NB: The country profile menu is only accessible once your account has been approved.

Managing Investment climate.

To add investment climate, click the Add New Investment Climate button in the manage country profile page under the investment climate tab. Fill out the form and click the save changes button to save the record.

To update an investment climate record, click the Edit button alongside the record you want to update. Edit the details on the form and click the save changes button to save your changes.

Managing Investment Incentives.

To add investment incentive, click the Add New Investment Incentive button in the manage country profile page under the investment incentive tab. Fill out the form and click the save changes button to save the record.

To update an investment incentive record, click the Edit button alongside the record you want to update. Edit the details on the form and click the save changes button to save your changes.

Managing Development Plans.

To add development plan, click the Add New Development Plan button in the manage country profile page under the Development Plans tab. Fill out the form and click the save changes button to save the record.

To update a development plan record, click the Edit button alongside the record you want to update. Edit the details on the form and click the save changes button to save your changes.

Managing Country Regulations.

To add country regulation, click the Add New Regulation button under the specific regulation type in the manage country regulation page under the Country Regulations tab. Fill out the form and click the save changes button to save the record.

To update a country regulation record, click the Edit button alongside the record you want to update. Edit the details on the form and click the save changes button to save your changes.

Can I Add Country Indicators?

Country Indicators can only be managed by the government entitites from the member countries who are registered on the system.

To manage the country indicators information, log into your account and click on the country indicators menu under the dashboard. On the country indicators there will be a list of the availble custom indicators that can be managed.

To add indicator data, click on the Add New Indicator button under the datapoints column. Fill in the indicator data, and click the save changes button to save your changes.

To update indicator data, click in the Edit button alongside the indicator data record you want to update. Edit the indicator data details on the form and click on the save changes button to save your changes.

Can I attach Documents/Publications for the Country Profiles?

YES.

Publications for the various country profiles can only be managed by the government of the member states registered on the system.

To manage the country profile publications, log into your account and click on the country profile under the dashboard menu.

Adding a publication:

  1. Click on the country profile tab of the record ypu want to attach a publication. 
  2. Click on the publications button.
  3. On the publications page, click on the Add New Document button and provide the document details on the form and click on the save changes button to save.
  4. On the document record, click on the file button.
  5. Click the add button (+) to attach your file.

 

Where can I get the Commodity Prices?

Commodity prices can be found under products & services. For each products, prices will be listed for the markets where the product is sold.

For each market, you will find information such as market requirements and regulations, products sold, trading costs etc.
